The petition involves various disputed questions of fact which cannot be gone into in the writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Apart from that, the election process is already set in motion. Thus, as observed by the Apex Court in Sant Sadguru Janardan Swami (Moingiri Maharaj) Sahakari Dugdha Utpadak Sanstha vs. State of Maharashtra; 2001

(8) SCC 509, the petitioner can very well raise all these grounds in the election petition or dispute under Section 91 of the Cooperative Societies Act.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition. The same is, therefore, rejected. No order as to costs.
