The applicant has filed this application to transfer the divorce petition filed by the non-applicant bearing H.M.P. No.386/2021 pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Nagpur to the Family Court at Yavatmal.

Though served, none appears for the nonapplicant. 4.

Since one maintenance proceeding is filed by the applicant before the Family Court at Yavatmal and the applicant is staying at Yavatmal, it is convenient for the non-applicant to attend both the matters at Yavatmal as he is appearing before the Yavatmal Court.

Hence, the application is allowed. The petition bearing H.M.P. No.386/2021 pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Nagpur is hereby transferred to the Family Court at Yavatmal 6.

The application stands disposed. No costs.
