Perused the FIR and case diary.

Applicant has been arrested in Crime No.236/16 on 17/09/2016. His custodial interrogation is no more required. Illicit liquor bottles are also seized. In these circumstances, I am of the view that further detention of the applicant in jail is no longer necessary. Having regard to the nature of allegations against this applicant, it would be in the interest of justice that applicant is now released. Application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on furnishing a PR Bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety on conditions that : I) The applicant shall attend the court proceeding on the date fixed in the matter regularly.

II) He shall co-operate with the court for expeditious disposal of case.

III) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
