The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.21/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 64, 64(2) (m) and 137(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 4, 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

It appears from the record that the applicant and non applicant are staying together. They have performed marriage. Considering the reason given while passing the adinterim protection, the interim protection granted on 08.09.2025 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions with a rider that the applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer.
