The learned Mediator has filed its report alongwith consent terms showing the matter is settled.

The applicant, who is present in Court, admitted the contents and execution of consent terms. The non-applicant, appeared through video conferencing duly verified by his counsel, also admitted contents and execution of consent terms before the learned Mediator.

In the said consent terms, apart from the terms, both parties have agreed that Marriage Petition No.124/2023/C pending on the file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, 'C' Court, Mapusa, Goa shall be transferred to the Family Court, Nagpur and converted into petition for divorce by mutual consent.

In view of consent terms, the application is allowed.

Marriage Petition No.124/2023/C pending on the file of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, 'C' Court at Mapusa, Goa is hereby transferred to the Family Court, Nagpur. 6.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
