In these petitions, a prayer is made to direct the respondents to collect the grains procured and stored with the petitioner(s) within a period of two months, as per the terms of Government Resolution dated 09/11/2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) has pointed out that a notice through counsel was already served upon the respondents (Annexure-10), calling upon them to pay the monetary commission.

Considering the issue raised in the said notice, so also the prayer made in these petitions, we direct the concerned respondent to treat the present petitions as representations and decide the same within a period of six weeks from today. rkn
