In view of consent granted by Shri Bute, learned counsel for the respondent No.1, the application is allowed in terms prayer for the reasons disclosed.

2. As a consequence of above, the appeal stands restored at the stage of admission.

3. Shri Patil, learned counsel for the appellant/acquiring body informs that First Appeal being (St) No.8343/2018 arising out of the judgment delivered in reference proceedings land acquired for the very same project is already admitted.

4. Hence Admit.

5. Shri Bute waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1,

2 and 3.

6. Ms. Kulkarni, AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 and 5.

7. Call record and proceedings.
