DATE : 5.5.2015 Heard Shri A.A. Naik, the learned advocate for the petitioner. As recorded by this Court in the order dated 12th November, 2014 the petitioner had restricted his grievance in the present matter only to the extent of directions to the District Court to dispose of the appeal within stipulated period. This request is made before this Court for the first time. It is not that the learned District Judge has rejected this request. With liberty to the petitioner to make the request before the learned District Judge for disposal of the appeal, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
