CORAM

: B.P. DHARMADHIKARI & A.S. CHANDURKAR, JJ.

DATE : JANUARY 9, 2015.

Civil Application (CAO) No.17 of 2014 Heard.

For reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Delay is condoned.

The civil application is disposed of.

MCA (Review) St.No.20784 of 2013 Heard.

Learned counsel has invited our attention to affidavit dated 20.9.2010 urging that the affidavit has not been looked into. When learned counsel is asked about the date of Vigilance Cell Report, he

cao17.17 submits that the Vigilance Cell Report was prior to that affidavit.

We find that the statement is incorrect.

Learned counsel, who was earlier appearing in writ petition, was given full opportunity and after hearing him, the matter has been decided.

The civil application for review is, therefore, rejected.
