Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition and to approach the appropriate authority for the remedy available to them in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 7683/2023. Learned counsel for the petitioners has further made a request that interim relief may be continued for one month on the count that petitioners are residing at Mumbai and the appeal is to be filed before the learned Collector, Yavatmal. Permission granted. 3.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Interim relief granted vide order dated 7-10-2019 shall continue till 14-8-2024 and thereafter shall stand vacated automatically.
