Mrs.Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that during the pendency of the petition, the State Government has issued government resolutions, dated 02/07/2016 and 27/05/2016 and in view of the policy laid down in the said government resolutions, the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed. Since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed in view of the subsequent development, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
