Perused the FIR and the reply of the prosecution.

The applicant is in jail since 22nd September, 2016. His custodial interrogation is not necessary for any longer period of time. The allegations made against this applicant being in respect of keeping physical relations with the adult prosecutrix. I am of the view that now, this applicant deserves to be released on bail. Application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on furnishing a PR Bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety on conditions that :

I) The applicant shall attend the court proceeding on the date fixed in the matter regularly. II) He shall co-operate with the court for expeditious disposal of case.

Hamdast granted.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
