or directions and Registrar's orders.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mr. H.R.Gadhia, counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. N.S. Khubalkar, AGP for the respondent No.1. CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK & A.I.S.CHEEMA, JJ.

DATE : 29.10.2015.

By this petition, the petitioner challenges the notice of the proposed meeting of Panchayat Samiti, Zhari Zhamni, District Yavatmal, dated 13/10/2015 for considering a no confidence motion against the petitioner. The said notice of meeting is challenged by the petitioner on several grounds.

On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we find that the petition is premature. No adverse action has been taken against the petitioner and the no confidence motion is not passed against the petitioner as yet. The petition is based on speculation and no adverse action is yet taken against the petitioner. In this background, it would not be possible for this Court to entertain the premature petition. The petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the resolution of no confidence motion before appropriate Court or Forum. The petition being premature, we dismiss the same with no order as to costs. The points raised in the petition are kept open. JUDGE JUDGE KHUNTE
