DATED : 26-08-2016 Though the application is pending since 2012, the appellant has not taken any steps to obtain the interim orders. Inspite of the interim order dated 16-06-2016, the appellant has not deposited the amount.

In view of the facts, there is reason to believe that the concerned officials of the appellant-Corporation are not interested in obtaining the interim orders and perhaps they are interested in disbursing the amount to the respondent No.1/claimant.

The civil application is dismissed.
