The appeal was filed by the appellant/original non-applicant No.1 and the Insurance Company was made a party to that appeal. The appeal is allowed. The amount is recovered from the Insurance Company and as appellant has deposited the amount before this Court, the appellant/original non-applicant No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by him with accrued interest thereon.
