DATE : June 14, 2019 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that the proceedings with regard to mutual divorce have attained finality before the Family Court. The purpose for filing the present contempt petition therefore stands served.

In that view of the matter it is not necessary to keep the present proceedings pending. The Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of. The temporary bail granted to the respondent on 29/04/2019 is made absolute.

The fees of the learned counsel appointed are quantified at Rs.3000/-.
