It is an undisputed fact that the present appeal has been already dismissed and the appellant has deposited compensation amount before the Reference Court. Accordingly, the present application is allowed and the respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant before the Reference Court along with accrued interest, if any.
