CIVIL APPLICATION [F] NO.3379 OF 2016 Considering the facts of the case, the respondent no.1-claimant is permitted to withdraw Rs.5,00,000/- on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The respondent no.1-claimant be given further amount of Rs.5,00,000/- on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court stating that if it is found that the claimant is not entitled for the amount withdrawn by him, he will redeposit it alongwith interest as may be determined by this Court, within two months. The balance amount be continued in fixed deposit in nationalized bank till the disposal of appeal. The civil application is disposed in the above terms. JUDGE Gulande
