Seen the report so also the statement of the eye witness by name Salma w/o Abdul Sheikh. The statement of eye witness clearly shows the direct involvement of the applicant Sachin Patil in the robbery of Rs. 40,000/- alongwith other accused persons.

The learned APP has shown me crime chart, wherein 11 offences have been registered against the applicant and in one he has been convicted. Rest of the offences are serious in nature pertaining to arms Act, robbery and dacoity.

The request of the applicant for grant of bail is on the ground that he is in jail from 17-03-2014 which is according to him a long period and further requested that he be released on PR Bond.

Looking to the seriousness of the offence, I am not inclined to grant application. Hence, I make the following order :- Order A] Criminal Application (BA) No.782 of 2014 is rejected.

B] The office to communicate the order to the prisoner through jail authorities.
