This is a joint application for compromise filed by the petitioners and respondent No.2. It is stated in the application that the parties have settled their dispute and they have requested for disposal of the petition in terms of the compromise and the said terms are specifically stated in paragraph 2 as "MINUTES OF THE ORDER". There are clauses (a) to (f) stated in the said joint compromise application.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of

The petitioners as well as respondent No.2 shall abide by the aforesaid terms of compromise. 5.
