After perusal of the reply, when it is noticed that the applicant is facing serious offences coupled with the fact that she is having criminal antecedents inasmuch as four offences are registered against her, when the Court expressed its opinion that the Court is rejecting the application, Mr. Tahaliyani, learned counsel for the applicant, would submit that he wishes to withdraw the present application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since, the applicant has withdrawn this application, the Court is not supplementing any reasons for dismissal of the application.
