Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file revision under Section 9 of Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014 against the impugned order.

If such revision is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be treated as filed within limitation.

The District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Akola shall adjourn the main proceedings for a period of three weeks.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
