Shri P.K.Dahat, Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 8 states that the trial has progressed and recording of evidence of the witnesses of the plaintiff is over and now recording of the evidence of witness/witnesses of the defendant is going on. The petitioner/original plaintiff has challenged the order passed by the subordinate Courts concurrently dismissing his claim for temporary injunction restraining the defendants from alienating or mortgaging the suit property. The order passed by the learned District Judge is dated 9th August 2016. This Court has not granted any interim order. In the above facts, I see no reason to consider the grievance of the petitioner/ plaintiff, at this stage. The writ petition is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
