This Court vide order dated 23/04/2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 2559/2021 had directed the authority to decide the claim of the petitioner and accordingly permitted the petitioner to file the Written Notes before the said authority on or before 05/05/2025.

The petitioner filed the Written Notes before the different authority.

On 21/07/2025, the respondent authority had refused to accept the Written Notes on the ground that, in the order dated 23/04/2025, a specific date was prescribed. Be that as it may, since for deciding the controversy involved, stand taken by the petitioner will have to be considered by the authority, we direct the respondent authority to accept the Written Notes of Argument of the petitioner and pass the order accordingly. 4.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent authority on 17/11/2025 at 12.00 noon.
