C.A.F. NO.476/2013 The learned advocate for the appellant submits that the entire amount as per the order is deposited with the Registry of this Court. In view of this, till the decision of the appeal there shall be interim stay to the execution of the impugned award against the appellant only. The amount deposited by the appellant shall be deposited in the nationalized bank in a fixed deposit account initially for a period of three years and the same shall be renewed from time to time till the disposal of the appeal.

The claimants are at liberty, if so advised, to proceed for execution of the award against the respondents 3 and 4 according to law.
