Date : 5 th January, 2016 The respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant upon furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. It is made clear that if the appellant succeeds in the appeal, the respondent shall have to re-deposit the amount so withdrawn along with 6% per annum interest from the date of withdrawal till its re-deposit.
