This is an application for grant of permission to withdraw the amount deposited in this court as per the judgment and order passed by the reference court. 2.

Perused the application. Heard the learned Advocate for the applicant.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed. Registry is directed to pay an amount of Rs.11,71,144/- to the claimants-respondent nos.2 to 4 along with interest accrued thereon. Registry is also directed to pay 75% amount to the claimants-respondent nos.2 to 4 on execution of usual undertaking and 25% amount after submission of solvent surety.
