The applicant has filed this second bail application. The earlier bail application which was rejected by this Court is challenged before the Hon'ble Apex Court and the Hon'ble Apex Court has dismissed the S.L.P. filed by the applicant. Now, the applicant is coming before this Court by filing the second bail application on the ground that now the charge is framed, there is change in circumstance and also on the ground that there is delay in trial. Since last two and half years, the applicant is in jail. Hence he prayed to release the applicant on bail. 3.

Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties.

There is no change in circumstance. The framing of charge is not the change in circumstance. Hence, this ground is not available for filing second bail application. The trial is already commenced. The charge is framed.
