Ms. Sapkal, the learned counsel holding for Shri Kilor, the learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent no. 4 has been removed from the post of A.P.P. It is stated that the cause for filing this writ petition would not survive in view of the subsequent development.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent no. 4, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
