Though the petitioners/applicants have not specifically pleaded that after interim order of this Court they have continued to teach students, the respondents in their reply in paragraph 10 at internal page no.9 accepted that they have taught students. Submission is, concerned Head of Departments have permitted them to teach though there was no order issued by the employer for that purposes.
In the face of interim orders passed by this Court, defence is unsustainable. It may also amount to contempt of this Court. As the petitioners/applicants have worked during this period, we direct the respondents to release their salary as before i.e. as prior to 1st July 2016, within two months from today. Civil Application is partly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
