Land bearing field Survey No.277 owned by the petitioner was the subject matter of acquisition for construction of railway line. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though a portion of land from Survey No.277 has been acquired, but the exact dimension of the acquired land has not been indicated. The petitioner on 01-8-2019 has moved an application seeking demarcation of the exact land that has been acquired for

2 wp7542.23 laying the railway line. In these facts, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 to consider the said application and take appropriate steps within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of the order. 5.

Order accordingly. No costs.
