Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

Mr. Chaudhary, learned Counsel, waives notice for respondent no.3.

Lands bearing field Survey Nos.255, 259 and 261 owned by the petitioner was the subject matter of acquisition for construction of Railway Line. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the portion of land from Survey Nos.259 and 261 have been acquired, but the exact dimension of the acquired land has not been indicated. In that regard, the petitioner moved an application before the Collector on

2 wp 7494.23 07-01-2022 praying that the description of the acquired land be corrected. The said application has been thereafter forwarded to the authority under the respondent no.3. The said communication is dated 13-06-2022 and the petitioner prays for joint measurement to be undertaken in that regard. 5.

Since the request made by the petitioner is pending with the respondent no.3, it is directed that within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of order, the respondent no.3 shall take further steps in that regard in accordance with the law. The petitioner shall comply with all the formalities in that regard.

With the aforesaid directions, Rule is made absolute with no order as to costs.
