DATED : 10-06-2016 The learned Advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, states that in view of the subsequent event of imposition of ban on sale of liquor in Chandrapur District, the challenge raised in the petition is rendered infructuous. It is submitted that the petitioners may be granted liberty to approach this Court again if ban is revoked.
The petition is disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
