Heard Shri Mir Nagman Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Bhoyar, learned APP for the respondents.

Perused the orders passed by this Court on 06.11.2015. Perused the reply affidavit.

We find that in the alleged offence committed during leave, the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court. In this situation, as the marriage of real brother of the petitioner is scheduled on 19.11.2015, we direct the respondents to release the petitioner on parole on 18.11.2015 and the petitioner shall surrender back on 21.11.2015. The parole shall be subject to furnishing a cash security of Rs.10,000/- and two sureties for equal amount. Immediately after his release, in the night of 18.11.2015 the petitioner shall report to Sonegaon Police Station, Nagpur, and thereafter shall also report in the morning of 20.11.2015.

The authorities shall obtain appropriate affidavit and bonds from the petitioner and his sureties in this

Criminal Writ Petition is accordingly allowed and disposed of.

An ordinary copy of this order be furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
