Considering the grounds stated in the appeal and also the reasons given in the impugned judgment and order, I am of the view that this application deserves to be allowed conditionally.

The application is allowed.

- Permission is granted to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court subject to the condition that, they shall furnish an undertaking to the effect that in the event of any adverse order being passed against them, they shall refund the amount with accrued interest within four weeks from the date of the order. Undertaking to be furnished within two weeks from today.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
