OCTOBER 03, 2025 1) By present application, the applicant is seeking permission to restore the petition to its original position. 2) The petition was dismissed as not prosecuted, because none appeared for petitioner. The status has not changed even in the application which is filed for restoration of petition. Accordingly, application is rejected as not prosecuted with costs of Rs.5000/- to be paid to Library, High Court Bar Association, Nagpur.

3) Further application of restoration, if filed, shall be listed only upon depositing the costs.
