Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable after twelve weeks.

Mrs. Mrunal Naik, the learned A.G.P. waives service for non-applicant Nos.3 and 4.

Non-applicant Nos.1 and 2 be served by R.P.A.D. in addition to regular mode of service.

Civil Application [CAF] No.3503/2015 :- There shall be stay in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application, which shall continue to operate pending the decision of appeal. The appellant to deposit entire decretal amount in this Court within a period of twelve weeks from today, failing which, the civil application shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
