This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure by the wife seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.6 of 2016 from the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhokar, District Nanded to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha. The nonapplicant-husband though served, none appears. The pleadings raised in the application are not controverted. 3.

In view of settled position of law as regards the convenience and the hardship of the wife, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (1).
