Petitioner was required to be arrested and brought back, as he overstayed his furlough leave by 2283 days. Because of this, a punishment of removal of his name permanently from the remission register is already inflicted upon him. Present Writ Petition challenge order dated 27.07.2015, rejecting his request for grant of furlough. Petitioner has not challenged above mentioned prison punishment.
