The petitioner applied for the post of Senior Research Officer, Group A, Tribal Development Department, State of Maharashtra, which came to be rejected on the ground of experience criteria, which the petitioner immediately clarified by making a representation. 3.

By way of the representation, the petitioner pointed out that he possesses sufficient experience and therefore, rejection of his application is not just and proper. The said representation is pending and not yet decided. 4.

We are of the opinion that, the purpose would be served if the directions are issued to the respondent No.2 to decide and consider the representation dated 08.08.2025 submitted by the petitioner through email.

Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with direction to respondent No.2 to decide the above referred representation of the petitioner, before the date of examination of Maharashtra Public Service Commission. 6.
