The Petitioner has challenged order passed by the Zilla Parishad, Nagpur dated 19/09/2018 and 09/08/2018 rejecting the application of the Petitioner for compassionate appointment on the ground of limitation.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has approached the State Government with representation invoking its power KOLHE
