The limited relief in the writ petition is a direction to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana to decide the representation preferred by the petitioner on 22.02.2024, addressed to the Education Officer (Primary) Zilla Parishad, Buldhana requesting for his transfer on account of the personal difficulties projected in the representation.

On hearing the learned Counsel Mr. R.B.Dhore, appearing for the petitioner, and since the prayer made is innocuous, as it only request a decision on his representation by the respondent Nos.1 and 2, which are placed on record at annexure-3 and annexure- 4 being preferred on 22.02.2024 and 25.01.2024, we direct the decision to be taken within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the order.
