DATED : 19/01/2024 Mr Raghute, learned Counsel for petitioner, upon instructions, makes a statement that he is not pressing the present petition in so far as the extension of the period of the employment is concerned of the petitioner being a Principal, in terms of the Government Resolution dated 05.03.2011. The statement is accepted.

Mr Raghute, learned Counsel for the petitioner, makes a grievance that pension papers of the petitioner are not prepared and forwarded by the Management-respondent No.4 to the appropriate authority.

Mr Kulkarni, learned Counsel for respondent No.4, however, makes a statement that the necessary

2 5 wp 6519-2023 papers for preparing the proposal have not been submitted by the petitioner, to which, Mr. Raghute, learned Counsel for petitioner agrees to submit those papers within a week from today.

In case such papers are submitted in one week from today by the petitioner, the respondent No.4 shall forward his proposal complete in all respect to the Joint Director of Education, within a week thereafter.

It is expected that appropriate authority would then sanction the proposal and release the payment, if everything is found within the parameters, within three weeks thereafter. The petition is accordingly disposed of in above terms.

In view of above, all Civil Applications stand disposed of.
