The applicant has apprehension of arrest in Crime No.569/2025 registered with Police Station Khadan, District Akola for the offences punishable under Sections 21(c) and 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic Substances, Act 1985. 3.

On 08.09.2025, the applicant is protected by this Court. The applicant is attending the Police Station regularly. 4.

The learned A.P.P. appearing for the non-applicant does not dispute the aforesaid position. She has also submits that the applicant has complied the conditions and hence, his custody is not required.

For the reasons stated in the application, the interim protection granted to the applicant is confirmed on the same terms and conditions with the following modifidations. 6.

The applicant to attend the concerned Police Station whenever called by the Investigating Officer. 7.

If any offence under the same Act is committed, the prosecution is at liberty to move the application for cancellation of bail.

The application stands disposed of.
