The petitioner as well as her husband are serving as Assistant Teachers in different schools run by the Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur. The petitioner seeks transfer to a school which would be near the school where her husband is serving. A representation in that regard had been made by the petitioner on 17.07.2019. As the same was not decided, this writ petition has been filed. We find that with passage of time instead of deciding the earlier representation dated 17.07.2019, the interests of justice would be met by permitting the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur seeking appropriate posting under the Husband Wife Unification Scheme.

Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur with aforesaid prayer. If such representation is made within a period of three weeks from today, a decision thereon be taken within further period of three weeks in accordance with the prevailing policy and guidelines. No costs.
