Civil Application (CAW) No. 2235 of 2015 By the present application, the applicant/ respondent no. 1 prays for release of the amount deposited in this Court by the petitioner in view of the order dated 5-1-2015. Perused the order dated 5-1-2015. Learned counsel Shri Jagtap fairly submitted that the amount is deposited by the petitioner-Department in compliance of the order dated 5-1-2015 and in view of the order of this Court, the petitioner is having no objection to release the amount in favour of the respondent no. 1. Learned counsel Shri Jagtap submit that amount is deposited by the petitioner-Department on .....2/-
