By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of 777 days delay in filing the application for restoration of appeal, which was dismissed for non removal of office objections.

Considering the averments made in the application, which are not controverted the delay of 777 days is hereby condoned.

MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.19829/2025 1.

Learned Counsel for the applicant solemnly made statement that all office objections will be removed within a period of three weeks in case this application is allowed. 2.

The record shows that while rejecting the

11 cao 1200-2025.odt application, earlier various opportunity were granted, but same were not availed by the applicant.

However, in view of solemn statement made before this Court, the present application is allowed subject to condition that after restoration of appeal, the appellant will remove the office objections within two weeks. 4.

Failure to remove the office objections, the order of Registrar will be recalled in the matter.
