By the present application, the applicant/ respondent no. 1 prays for release of the amount deposited in this Court by the petitioner in view of the order dated 16-12-2014. Perused the order dated 16-12-2014. Learned counsel Shri Jagtap fairly submitted that the amount is deposited by the petitioner-Department in compliance of the order dated 16-12-2014 and in view of the order of this Court, the petitioner is having no objection to release the amount in favour of the respondent no. 1. Learned counsel Shri Jagtap submit that amount is deposited by the petitioner-Department on 15-10-2015. In view of the above referred facts, the application is allowed and the applicant/respondent no. 1 is permitted to withdraw the amount to the .....2/-
