The submission is, no sanction as contemplated under Section 196(1) of Criminal Procedure Code has been obtained.

Shri Bhoyar, learned APP for respondent No. 1 submits that the matter is listed for the first time but investigation is going on.

In this situation, without observing anything more, keeping all rival contentions open and with liberty to the applicant to renew his request at appropriate juncture, we dispose of the application. No costs.
