Shri M. Ateeque, the learned counsel waives notice on behalf of respondent No.1 in both the writ petitions. Shri K. L. Dharmadhikari, the learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in both the writ petitions.
Heard the respective counsel for the parties on the question of interim relief and also perused the contents of Civil Application No.2456 of 2015.
2/3 In the writ petitions filed by the respondent No.1 respectively challenging direction no.3 in the impugned order, no interim relief has been granted. As a result thereof, which they would required to follow the directions issued therein. After perusing the contents of the civil application and the reply filed thereto, only the direction to pay backwages from 02/05/2011 till 06/12/2014 is stayed subject to the petitioner depositing 50% of the amount of back-wages in this Court within period of eight weeks from today. Civil Application No.2456 of 2015 is disposed of. JUDGE Asmita
